1. Who we are

MSMEChecker (msmechecker.com) is operated by Gscore LLP, Kodambakkam, Chennai - 600024 (GSTIN 33ABBFG3162H1ZR) ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you ("you", "the client") agree to these terms.

2. The service

MSMEChecker is a private online tool that lets you look up the MSME (Udyam) registration details of an enterprise using its PAN, one at a time or in bulk through an Excel / CSV file. Results are fetched from Udyam registration data through an authorised data provider and shown as received.

MSMEChecker is not a government website. It is not run by, affiliated with or endorsed by the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises or the Udyam Registration portal. Udyam registration is free on the official portal, udyamregistration.gov.in; we charge only for the lookup service described here.

• Results are for information. They reflect the registry at the time of the search; an enterprise's registration or classification can change later.
• We do not guarantee that every PAN will return a result. "No record" means the registry returned no Udyam registration for that PAN at that time.
• For legal, tax or contractual decisions, you should confirm critical details with the enterprise or on the official Udyam portal.

3. Your account

• You must give a valid e-mail address and keep your password, Google account and mobile number secure. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
• Your name, company, GSTIN and address in your profile are used on your receipts; keep them correct.
• On your request, our support team may view your account as you ("view as client") to help you, for example to upload a file on your behalf. Every such action is logged and charged to your wallet as if you had done it.

4. Wallet, prices and GST

• MSMEChecker works on a prepaid wallet. You add money (minimum ₹100) plus GST at 18%, and searches are paid from the wallet. A numbered receipt is issued for every payment.
• Current prices are on the pricing page: MSME Details Finder ₹5 per Udyam number when details are found (nothing otherwise); PAN search ₹30 when an MSME is found and ₹5 when there is no record; bulk ₹25 per MSME found and ₹5 per no record. Failed searches are not charged.
• Bulk runs: PANs × ₹25, subject to a minimum charge of ₹1,000 + GST per run, is collected when you confirm the file. After the run you are charged ₹25 per MSME found and ₹5 per no record, not less than the minimum, which is always charged. Failed searches are free. Any amount collected above that is credited back to your wallet.
• Validity: each payment is valid for 12 months from the date of payment. Credits returned to the wallet keep the validity of the payment they came from. Balance not used within its validity lapses.
• Wallet balance carries no interest, cannot be transferred to another account and is not refundable in cash except as set out in the refund policy.
• We may change prices for future searches by updating the pricing page. Searches already run are not re-priced. Special rates agreed for your account apply until changed by us with notice.

5. Acceptable use

• Use the service only for lawful business purposes such as vendor verification, compliance, audit and payment processing.
• Do not resell, republish or build a database of results for third parties, or use automated tools to access the service other than the features we provide.
• Results may contain contact details of enterprises. Use them only for the purpose you searched for and in line with applicable data-protection law.
• We may suspend or block an account that breaks these terms, attempts fraud or misuses payments. Queued work already paid for will be completed or credited back.

6. Availability

We aim to keep MSMEChecker available at all times, but the service depends on the Udyam registry and our data provider. Searches may be delayed or fail during their downtime; failed searches are never charged.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the searches concerned. We are not liable for indirect losses, including tax or interest arising from decisions taken on the basis of registry data.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu, have exclusive jurisdiction.
